Technical welding can still perform some operations, but because the robot is welding according to the modified procedure, the hole diameter will be large, there will be welding deviations, molding unevenness, etc., so once the contact is too large, it needs to be replaced Contact. Generally, it is recommended to replace the contacts every 48 hours for small currents below 150A, and to replace the contacts every 12 hours for large currents above 180A.
