Robot spraying system system composition:
The robot spraying system is mainly composed of two parts: the water spin spray booth and the spraying robot system; the spraying robot system adopts explosion-proof servo sliding table, the robot is installed upside down, equipped with two spray guns, one air mixing, the pump and the paint bucket follow the robot Exercise together.
Work process:
The workpiece model is manually set in the control system, and then the workpiece is transported by the AGV to the designated position of the water spin spray booth, and the workpiece is positioned. The AGV moves out of the water spin spray booth, and the spraying robot system is arranged on the side of the workpiece. When the control system receives the workpiece After positioning the signal, the spraying robot sprays the workpiece.
The composition and function of the water spin spray booth:
Top filter cotton: filter the wind sent by the central air conditioner;
Overflow tray: The water pump pumps water from the sink to the overflow tray to initially collect paint mist;
Hydrocyclone: Water flow and air enter the hydrocyclone in a certain proportion, and the water forms a hollow spiral cylindrical water surface in the circular tube of the hydrocyclone, fully contacting and condensing with the paint mist;
Water and air separation chamber: Separate the water with paint mist from air; sink: The sink is made of stainless steel, and the paint mist flocculant needs to be put into the sink periodically to separate the paint residue and salvage it regularly;
The centralized air-conditioning air supply system of the water-rotating spray booth adopts a centralized air-conditioning air supply system to supply air to the 4 water-rotating spray booths. The air conditioner is equipped with a Riello burner to heat the air to achieve the purpose of controlling the air temperature.
The exhaust gas treatment method is currently uncertain. This needs to refer to the environmental assessment of your company by the local environmental protection department, and then determine which exhaust gas treatment method to use according to the environmental assessment
The current mainstream exhaust gas treatment methods:
1, RTO—Regenerative combustion furnace (higher cost)
2, RCO—catalytic combustion furnace (moderate cost)
2. Activated carbon adsorption + photo-oxygen catalysis (high cost performance, but average treatment effect).
The room body of the room temperature drying room adopts a square steel tube frame, and the wall body uses rock wool board; the exhaust system uses a fan to exhaust the room temperature drying room to ensure that the concentration of the indoor solvent is below the explosion limit. The lighting system uses illuminators to illuminate the room to ensure that the indoor brightness is above 200 Lux.
