1、 Responsibilities
1. The equipment manager is responsible for the equipment maintenance, maintenance plan and unified management.
2. The maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of the welding robot, and filling in the maintenance and repair records.
3. The operator is responsible for the daily use, cleaning and record of the equipment.
4. Operating procedures
(1) The operator must be educated and trained as required and have a good understanding of the robot's functions.
(1) At the beginning of robot operation, routine inspection and maintenance shall be carried out according to the checklist.
(3) When using the robot, put the control power on, confirm that the circuit breaker is turned to the on position, the system will start automatically and start self diagnosis. After the self diagnosis is normal, the screen will display the hanging type teaching operation control button. By switching the "mode change-over switch" on the operation panel, the operation program can be programmed and taught, and the operation program can be regenerated and operated automatically.
(4) When the robot starts to run automatically, confirm that the program number, step number, mode and start selection are in the state of automatic operation before execution.
(5) Simple teaching setting operation:
① The operator must master and understand the robot's action path, action state and action sound, and be able to judge whether there is abnormal state; before the robot fails, there may be some symptoms. In order to detect anomalies in advance, it is usually necessary to master its normal state.
② Once any abnormal situation is found, press the emergency stop immediately and contact the relevant person in charge for timely treatment.
③ After the operation, the site must be sorted out, rectified and cleaned. If there is dirt or falling debris in the workplace, clean it.
